Bruce brings more than 25 years of experience to The Great Courses. He is responsible for overseeing all financial planning, human resources, accounting, tax, and treasury services. Bruce skillfully leads a multi-functional team of professionals who are all dedicated to providing an efficient and superior customer experience. Joe brings more than 25 years of experience in direct marketing, product development, and eCommerce at leading multinational corporations. In his role, he leads a dedicated multi-functional team that encompasses marketing, operations, customer analytics, customer care, distribution and partnership management. Jason brings a wide and deep array of experience in operations, project management, and continuous quality improvement. He leads a multifunctional teams of professionals responsible for manufacturing, order fulfillment, and customer care. Paul brings 35 years of legal and corporate executive experience in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, technology law, employment law, and compliance, as well as regulatory and litigation expertise. He has served as General Counsel, Board Secretary, and Chief Compliance Office. Paul’s favorite Great Courses include history, literature, and language titles.
Cale brings more than 15 years of experience across direct mail, email, television, podcasts, and multiple online advertising channels. Cale leads a team of highly motivated marketers, designers, and product managers who are responsible for revenue and customer experience and for many digitally-focused product lines. Mark brings more than 15 years of IT and operations experience, helping to lead several key corporate initiatives, including a complete eCommerce re-platform and a remote Call Center agent program, as well as the migration of several primary systems to the Cloud. He is responsible for a large team managing all technology and technical operations used in the development and delivery of services to our customers. Mark particularly enjoys Great Courses about game theory and building a better brain.
James bring more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, executing debt & equity transactions with a combined deal value of over $1.5 billion. He leads the discovery, evaluation and integration of new partners for The Great Courses, and has launched over two dozen partnerships including Amazon, Audible, Comcast, and Craftsy. His favorite Great Courses are The Secrets of Mental Math, Big History, and Experiencing America: A Smithsonian Tour Through American History.
